Financial Policy
Dental Implant & Reconstructive Center in Duluth MN
Understanding the Cost of Your Care
Before beginning treatment, we will review the recommended treatment, estimated fees, and available payment options with you. Our goal is to make the financial aspects of your care clear and predictable before treatment begins.
A deposit is required to reserve treatment appointments and is applied toward the cost of your care. Because treatment plans vary considerably, specific payment arrangements will be reviewed with you individually.
Payment Options
We offer several ways to make treatment more manageable. Depending on your treatment plan, options may include in-house payment arrangements or third-party financing through Proceed Finance. Our team will review the available options with you and help you determine which approach works best for your treatment.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, checks, and cash.
Dental Insurance
Dental Implant & Reconstructive Center is a fee-for-service, out-of-network specialty practice. If you have dental insurance, we are happy to provide a claim form as a courtesy. Insurance benefits vary by plan and do not change the patient’s responsibility for fees charged by our office.
Custom Prosthetics & Laboratory Work
Much of the treatment we provide involves custom prosthetics made specifically for an individual patient. Once laboratory work or fabrication has begun, some fees may become partially or fully non-refundable based on the work already completed, materials used, and stage of treatment.
