All staff members are CPR certified and are informed administrative personnel, well-versed in health and insurance policies.
JESSICA – ASSISTANT DIRECTOR & LICENSED DENTAL ASSISTANT
Jessica is our in-house dental technician working to customize and fabricate much of the work necessary for you to feel terrific about your smile and your ability to chew. She has 25+ years in the dental field and is a real artist when it comes to designing your new smile. She is also a licensed dental assistant, so you may occasionally see her chairside to assist and discuss the subtleties of your smile. Jessica and her family currently live in Duluth, Minnesota. During her time off she enjoys spending time with family, camping with friends, some personal time with her yoga practice, and hiking.
DONNY – LEAD DENTAL ASSISTANT
Donny is our lead dental assistant. You will find him sterilizing our many instruments or chair side assisting. Donny loves creating relationships with patients and chatting about their interests. His favorite part of his job here is making our patients laugh. When Donny isn’t working you will find him at the gym, playing basketball or volleyball, shopping at the co-op, or spending time with his family.
KAIYLEEN – FRONT OFFICE SPECIALIST & CHAIRSIDE SUPPORT
Kaiyleen is our front office specialist, ensuring each part of your visit runs smoothly and efficiently. Kaiyleen helps to manage scheduling, treatment coordination, and day-to-day office operations with professionalism and care. Kaiyleen also provides clinical assistance, offering a kind and reassuring presence that makes patients feel comfortable and cared for. In her free time, you’ll find Kaiyleen hiking with her kids, at the beach rock hunting, or adventuring on her kayak.
HAILEY – DENTAL ASSISTANT & FRONT OFFICE SUPPORT
Hailey is one of our dental assistants. She works closely with Donny and Dr. Esguerra to ensure every patient receives high-quality, comfortable care. You may find her chairside assisting or helping the front desk staff. Hailey enjoys painting, playing piano, and spending time with her fiancé.
